She has extensive experience advising clients on contractual matters and dispute resolution, with two decades of practice in civil litigation, focusing on civil liability, media and entertainment law, consumer law, infrastructure, and business contracts, including the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements.  Her work also includes assisting clients in due diligence processes, preparing reports, risk assessment in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, as well as drafting legal opinions and providing consultations, with a focus on preventing and resolving disputes.
