Our History

1960's

Dante Rossi begins his career in law.

The firm establishes itself as a legal benchmark.

1970's

1980's

Fabio Milman starts working in the field of Private Law at his father Gildo Milman’s firm. Mônica Rossi joins her father, Dante, in his legal practice.

Rafael Maffini begins his career as a lawyer and professor. In 1997, Benôni Rossi, son of the founder, graduates and joins the law firm.

1990's

2000's

Following the merger of three law firms, with Rafael Maffini and Fabio Milman joining Rossi & Rossi Advogados, the firm is renamed Rossi, Maffini & Milman Advogados.

Eugênio Hainzenreder Júnior joined the board of managing partners, strengthening the Labor Law practice led by Benôni Rossi. RMM expands its national presence by opening an office in São Paulo, with Guilherme Bier Barcelos as team head.

2010's

2020's

With a new governance model, Mônica Canellas Rossi becomes CEO of RMM Advogados. In the same year, the Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability and Ethics squads are created.

RMM celebrates 59 years of history, combining tradition and contemporaneity, creativity and strategy, with an integrated work model that prioritizes transparency, technical quality, and client connection.
