A Specialist in Labor Law, throughout her career, she has been a member of the Association of Corporate Labor Lawyers of Rio Grande do Sul (SATERGS). She previously served as a member of the Ethics and Discipline Committee of OAB/RS, the First Review Panel of OAB/RS, the OAB/RS Council, and the Special Committee on Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
